Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the DialClient website, dashboard and Chrome extension. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
DialClient helps vendors, agencies and freelancers find public posts in which companies ask for their kind of service. We do our best to keep results accurate, but posts are written by third parties: always check a requirement yourself before you share information or make a commitment, and use the Report fake button when something looks wrong.
2. Your account
- One account is for one person. Each plan covers one device at a time; extra devices can be added.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your registered email identifies your account and cannot be changed in the app.
3. Fair use
- Use DialClient only to contact businesses about genuine requirements. Do not send spam, and follow the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you.
- Do not try to bypass plan limits, rate limits or the device rule, and do not copy the shared feed in bulk to resell it.
- You are responsible for using LinkedIn in line with LinkedIn's own terms. DialClient scans at a human pace and stops at a daily limit, and is not affiliated with LinkedIn.
4. Plans and payment
- The Free plan includes 5 extracted posts a day for the first 30 days after sign-up; after that, extracting posts needs Pro. Pro is priced per user and includes 3,000 extracted posts a month, and each extra device adds 2,500 posts a month; unused posts do not carry over. Pro and extra devices are paid in advance for 30 days at the price shown on the pricing page for your country.
- Launch pricing: the price you pay first stays the same for 12 months from your first payment. After that DialClient may change its prices, and we will tell you before your next payment.
- There is no auto-debit. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. What DialClient shows
- DialClient extracts real, public LinkedIn posts written by their authors (and, if you choose Google as the source, public LinkedIn posts that Google lists). We do not create, change or verify the content of these posts.
- Contact details are only those the author wrote in the post. DialClient does not look up private data.
- Global Leads shows live data extracted by all DialClient users and by the DialClient Agent. On the Free plan it is blurred. On Pro, contact details of global leads unlock at 6 PM India time each day. Global leads cannot be exported directly: add them to My Leads and export from there.
- By using the extension you agree that vendor-requirement posts you see on LinkedIn may be shared anonymously to Global Leads as “DialClient Agent” (see the Privacy Policy). You can switch this off in the extension.
- One plan works on one device at a time (the dashboard and extension on the same computer count as one). Signing in on another device asks you to log out the first one or add an extra device.
- Any user can report a post as fake. After 20 reports from different users it is marked as fake for everyone, and the author's other posts show a warning. Authors who post many requirements are shown as repeat posters.
- When you star leads or mark them Contacted or Won, DialClient uses that to rank similar leads higher for you.
6. Content
Leads you extract stay in your account and you can export them. Posts also appear, with contact details hidden for free users, in the shared live feed. We may remove posts that are reported as fake or that the author asks us to remove.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep DialClient available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using DialClient at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example for spam or abuse.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: contact us.
